Top 10 ways to organize your mp3 music collection with tagging and playlist software

After many years of gathering mp3 music files I'm tired of searching for super song(s) I know I had in my collection.
"Search Everything" is a good generic search tool to find the mp3 file.
However if I want to listen to say only kishore kumar song's etc. I need to add mp3 tags to the song files.
I've got a big hard-disk on which I can store all the music files and keep updating my collection so that it becomes more organized over time. All I need is the right software for the job
